Our Rates

Mark It Done offers a variety of cost-effective support and design services. Our Premium rates range from $25 per hour to $45 per hour, depending on the complexity of the project. This gives you the benefit of an experienced executive assistant on an “as needed” basis.

Clients may also subscribe to a Retainer option which ranges from $20 per hour for a 10-hour minimum per month to $40 per hour for a 10-hour minimum per month, depending on the average complexity of assignments. This option requires monthly payments in advance, a three month minimum contract, and is reviewed quarterly.

As an independent contractor, we do not receive any employee benefits from you. You are billed only for the work that is done – no vacation or sick days, no coffee breaks or long lunches, and no payroll taxes.

Mark It Done uses Industry Production Standards (IPS) guidelines published by the Office Business Center Association International and ABSSI for computing time as one factor in calculating charges for document production and non-keyboard services. IPS are based on the average time required in the performance of specific duties for project production by a professional information processing operator, and calculated uniformly in
6-minute (or 0.1hr.) increments.
